Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Remmi event planning service operated by Remmi.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Remmi is an event planning application that allows users to create, edit, and delete events, invite friends to those events, and manage RSVPs. The Service uses Supabase to store event information and RSVPs.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Service, including event details and invitations. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Remmi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Remmi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms.
